Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 June 2026

This policy explains what personal data Vukasine d.o.o. collects through this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. In short: we collect as little as possible, we never sell it, and nothing that tracks you runs until you agree.

What we collect and why

We keep data collection to a minimum — we only process the data described below, and only for the purposes given.

  • Contact-form messages

    When you write to us through the contact form, we receive your name, email address, optional company name and your message. We use them solely to read and reply to your enquiry.

    Legal basis: Your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR).

  • Analytics

    If — and only if — you accept analytics, we measure anonymous, aggregated usage such as pages viewed and approximate region, to understand how the site is used and improve it. Nothing analytics-related loads before you accept.

    Legal basis: Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

  • Your cookie choice

    We store your accept-or-decline decision on your own device so we can remember it on your next visit. It stays on your device and is never sent to us or shared.

    Legal basis: Necessary to provide a function you asked for (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

  • Server logs

    Like almost every website, our host records standard technical data — IP address, browser type and the time of each request — to keep the site secure and running. These logs are kept briefly and are not used to identify you.

    Legal basis: Our legitimate interest in the security and operation of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

  • Images

    Photographs on the site are delivered through an image service. To send an image to your browser, that service necessarily processes your IP address, as any web server does.

    Legal basis: Our legitimate interest in serving the site efficiently (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies and local storage

We do not set any advertising or tracking cookies, and nothing that tracks you runs before you give consent.

Our content delivery network (Cloudflare) may set a strictly necessary cookie to route traffic and protect the site from abuse; it carries no advertising or tracking purpose.

We also store your cookie choice itself in your browser’s local storage, so the banner does not ask again on every visit. It is technically necessary and contains nothing that identifies you.

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics then sets its own measurement cookies (for example “_ga”). You can withdraw consent at any time — decline on the banner, clear this site’s storage, or block cookies in your browser settings — and analytics will stop.

Who we share data with

We never sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that make the website work, each acting on our behalf as a processor:

Our Instagram and LinkedIn links are ordinary links, not embedded content — nothing is shared with those platforms unless you click through, after which their own privacy policies apply. We also self-host our fonts, so no font provider receives your data.

International data transfers

The providers above are based in the United States, so some data may be processed outside Bosnia and Herzegovina and the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards — such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework — so your data keeps an equivalent level of protection.

How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only as long as we need it. Contact-form messages are retained for as long as it takes to handle your enquiry and any reasonable follow-up, then deleted. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ settings. Server logs are kept only briefly, for security.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and applicable data-protection law, you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data erased;
  • restrict or object to how we process it;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.

To exercise any of these, simply email us at the address below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Personal Data Protection Agency, or, if you are in the EU/EEA, your local data-protection authority.

Children

This website is aimed at businesses and adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Security

The site is served entirely over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and we choose reputable providers who maintain their own security measures. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as the site or the law changes. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
